The Vetting Committee of the National Circles Council has completed vetting the two aspirants vying for the NCC Chairmanship seat.
Solomon Ofosu Ware was first to face the four-member panel led by Lawyer Anthony Osei-Poku, Chairman of the NCC Interim Election Committee.
The Committee, which also included the outgoing NCC Chairman, Kwaku Amponsah, spent an hour and thirty minutes quizzing the Kumasi-based former Management member and Circles Chairman.
Christopher Damenya took his turn soon after. The Accra-based businessman also spent nearly an hour and thirty minutes answering questions from the panel.
The two aspirants walked out of the vetting room feeling satisfied with the responses they gave the panel and very optimistic about their chances of winning the seat.
Anthony Osei-Poku told Kotoko Express App the Committee was also satisfied with the responses of the two aspirants.
He said the group will meet on Thursday to discuss the outcome of the vetting after which it will announce the fate of the two aspirants.
The other members of the panel were former NCC Chairman, Osei Boateng and NCC Advisor, Oakland Dapaah.
